HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
It depends on the order and the shipping way you choose. We provide free shipping on some orders. Please contact us for details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The regular leading time for a custom order is 15-30 business days. For items in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days. UPS, FedEx or DHL express takes 3-7 days. Surface takes 15-45 days to arrive.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
You can order by e-mail or fax. In addition, we will open an online store soon, so you can order online in the future.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
It depends on the products and inventory. We mainly do wholesale business.
HOW TO PAY MY ORDER?
In general, we do require wire transfer or checks. For small order, we can accept PayPal. For details, please check our service policies.
